Club de Nuit Untold is a clear attempt at capturing the essence of Baccarat Rouge 540 by MFK, with almost identical notes. It’s missing hedione from its heart notes, and sugar, ambroxan, and seamoss from its base. Despite this, the accords are identical save an added leather accord in CdN. As with BR540, It is not that much “sweet” as most people say. There is a sweetness to it, but it’s more of a dark, charred, burnt syrup than a sugary gourmand.
